If Pro isn’t for you, email support@dcgapps.com within 7 days of your first subscription payment and you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. Include the email you used at checkout or your Stripe receipt.
Renewals are generally not refundable. Cancel anytime before the renewal date via “Manage subscription” in the extension and you keep Pro until the period ends. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly (for example, you canceled but the cancellation didn’t register), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll make it right.
EA updates occasionally break functionality. If a core Pro feature is broken for more than 7 consecutive days during your billing period, you’re entitled to a refund of that month on request (pro-rated for yearly plans).
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
